hmmm.. been so long since i blogged. I don't have the blogging itch when i do not have interesting stories or pictures.. but well, since there's nothing much to do now, i shall just do it. Today's just another friday.. just that i woke up at 7am! WAH. Damn early for the girl who sleeps til 530pm almost everyday. heh. I was once told that sleep more = grow taller. THIS IS AN ADVICE NEVER TO HEED. My friend lieeeeeed to me. *prrrrrf*
Yes i wouldn't be able to wake up so early without the help of my powerful dad. I think my dad's the only one who can pull me out of my warm cosy pink bed. He has his ways lah.. be it tickling my soles, throwing away my warm blanket, threaten not to send me to school etc.. wadever~ So i reached school at 810am supposedly to meet hidayat and weini to do project at 8am. I thought i was late already and so i called hidayat, and his phone wasn't on. Ok nvm, i think it would be okay to wait awhile... and i waited.... 830... no one... 9am... NO ONE.. 930am... NO ONE... 940am SOMEONE - Hidayat. LIKE FINALLY LAH. -_- Really got nothing to say. nvm anyway i'm not a very punctual person too. =x Maybe i gotta start to mend my ways now cuz waiting is no fun. So we went imm to buy materials and weini reached at around 1140am. *Gasps* -_-
But anyway, we did finished our night goggles which is damn funny looking. I decided to name it BlackBadBat Goggles. It's a totally bat experience, cuz u will experience blindness like a bat when you wear it. *-* Ok not really successful like what hidayat wanted it to actually really WORK which of cuz we can't make it work, but at least we did a prototype like what we will do in IDEAS. So yup, i consider it as quite a success lo. =)
I'm so tired now but don't feel like sleeping eh. Seems to be a habit that if the clock doesn't strike 3am, i don't wanna close my eyes. But i don't really have a choice now cuz i really need to save my skin's condition. Give me flawless skin like what i had beforeeeee.. Sigh. =(((( But one gotta be contented with what one possess before you can be really happy, how true isn't it? If you are to complain about yourself and never feel contented, you will NEVER feel happy no matter how perfect you are. There may be so many others out there more unfortunate than me but still are contented with what they have already. *shame shame on myself..* =( Hmm. I read something like that from a book the other day saying 'Don't be unhappy about what you want that you don't have but be happy about what you don't want and you don't have' =D Okay! I shall be happier abit and i shall love myself a tad lil more. =) I feel consoled by myself, heee~

Christmas Season
Christmas Christmas.. a season i believe everyone loves. Maybe because of receiving PRESENTS.. right? heh heh. But i know it is also quite a headache to buy presents because it's hard to decide what to buy since there are so many choices out there! =)
Went to celebrate Christmas with my beloved oh-four on friday and it was so fun exchanging presents! I got mine from liangjue, a very cute Christmas kinda.. what do i call that.. something like a sock lah haha. Lots of goodies inside heee. Thanks Liangjue! =D We had lots of fun screaming and laughing like nobody's business once again, luckily we took the seats outside of the restaurant if not i'm pretty sure we will get chased out due to the high level of disturbance. =)

Then Ruth and some of the girls went away.. to get the bday cake for the bday girl Sara! Then all of us sang a happy birthday song for our sweetie here. She was like the star cuz all our cameras kept flashing away asking her to look at our camera!

iFuture - A touch of tomorrow
Today i went to some exhibition held at the science centre, haha yes, the SINGAPORE SCIENCE CENTRE. So geeky to go there right? but i thought science centre is quite a fun place! Maybe i don't find the place as amazing as before because yes, i'm EIGHTEEN already. When i went there in my primary school days, science centre was like so damn amazing that i didn't want to leave even when it was closing.
I went there with my honey, both reliving childhood. heh. We were kinda tricked there because the website stated that there will be some virtual dinosaur land and i was so damn excited about it when honey told me. He knows that i LOVE dinosaurs, especially T-REX. wooHOO they are such interesting creatures. I really thought that there will be virtual kinda dinosaurs roaming around in the room and that they will roar at us and so on. But guess what, there were NO dinosaurs at all! only some little ones in the SCREEN when we ride the simulator.

The exhibiton was neither amazing nor interesting enough for us to pay $9 for the entrance fee and then $4 extra for the simulator ride. But aiyah, as long as i'm with him, anywhere seems so fun. =D
The 3D animations room featuring exotic animals and funny plants.
i'm quite bad at taking photos huh? ok VERY BAD indeed. =(
Oh yah, let me add in to my collection of these kinda photos. Standard 3D glasses photo. heh.
That room make me dizzy so we went out just as soon as we stepped in. The rest of the exhibition is about wooden toys, that when you press a button beneath it the toy will move. Like dance or something. Some are quite adorable though. I like all the wolves. haha, cute.
The wolf will start to drink its coffee when you press the red button beneath. quite cute =)
This one is even cuter! Big bad wolf tries to snap the little man's head with its big scissors but the little man will escape by squatting down quickly each time!
Big bad wolf: "heh heh heh, snap snap snap your head off!"
Little man: "nanny nanny poo pOO, you cannot catch me!"
But i think the Big bad wolf is always made to be smarter.
Big bad wolf: "HAHAHA! get me my pepper! my lunch's ready!"
Little man: " shit."
then he died.
Aiyo, sad ending. =(
There was this big screen there for us to play (there was nothing much to do already) and we hogged the screen to ourselves for quite some time. heh.
ARTISTIC - Let's DANCE!

It works like 'Paint' in your computer. The only difference is the screen is damn big and a lil difficult to 'spray' on the paint with the can. But i've done a great job right? Right. =)

The instructions there were to shout "Hey R2" and then "Dance for me R2" for it to dance. So honey kept doing that but it didn't move. Then i tried. Still remained still. Okay then we realized we were like stupid fools who kept shouting to one plastic robot which doesn't respond, so we stopped. -_-"

The introduction to the Scribbling robot is that it is an artist cuz it draws like one. But i think otherwise.. as you can see. Well.. *shrugs*

The Simulator!
it's quite fun, but a lil too simulating! cuz i was almost flung off my seat as there are no seat belts and the seat is super slippery. It was a time machine show and yes! I finally saw some dinosaurs! =D

Gotta take the golf club and swing it in the air and it will be hit inside the screen. Like the new Motion Xbox or somethin.
Then there were some audience. haha.
Now for iSpace.

Looks like the scene in matrix where all the man are poked with lots and lots of tubes. That scene lah.. if you watch i think u will get what i mean. =)

Left the science centre at 6plus then we went for our dinner at our lao di fang, Crystal Jade. I think we go holland Village's Crystal Jade so many times they really can recognize us. I'm forever not sick of xiao long baos. I loveee xiao long baos. yum yum.
