I hope everything will be fine for him. Perhaps i'm kicking a big fuss over this but i'm really kinda worried. I know i sound a little like his mummy. For the next two weeks there will be no sign of my honey and this is the period when i need to study for exams which i will be so damn stressed lah. Sigh. Nobody's gonna take cab and rush to my house when i say i'm too stressed... He's important to me. So, so important..
Went Night Safari on Sunday, it's been so so long since i last went there. Only went Zoo the last time with ah juS and laoban and i remembered the tix was quite cheap. But Night Safari tix was very expensive, like $28 per tix. That is the tix including the tram ride but i still find it quite expensive leh. Went there at around 9 and we were fortunate to be able to catch the 9pm show almost immediately! So excited cuz it's been ages since i went there to see some nocturnal animals. Interesting, interesting..
On our way there we took some pictures =)

Red faced devilsssss

The show was great, started off with a hyena coming out of the cave! HYENA!! those laughing wolf-like creatures. Reminds me so much of Lion King. I was still so worried that it might just charge at the audience cuz there was absolutely no leash on or any Night Safari trainer following it. I grabbed on to honey's arm tight somemore. But it seemed like it don't give a damn about performing at all, didn't laugh as what i see in Lion King. The hyena just merely strolled out of the cave, stood outside on the rock, ate whatever meat that was placed there and went back. -_- I was wondering 'eee why he so loser one..'
Then the rest of the animal show was about small and cute little animals which were really adorable! They ran around and doing things like smelling which hand contain the wonderful grape and then eating it, separating the plastic bottles from the metal ones and etc.. So cute ^-^
But the tram ride was pretty disappointing cuz the animals were not at all active at night. They are nocturnal animals but still sleeps at night. Really can become my friends man.. sleep 18 hrs per day. That was what the tour guide there told us. Woweee i wanna stay in Night Safari too!
The pathways were almost pitched dark cuz no streets lamps for the sake of the nocturnal animals there. Had to use my phone's light to walk for the fear of stepping on a toad! Lots of toads there, EEW. Why these few days keep having enounters with toads ah? That day when i was at a grassland admiring stars with honey there was a third party there too. Who? The toad, which scared me outta my wits.
I saw this animal called the Flying Squirrel, which looks like a bat mixed with a squirrel? It kida had wings at the side of its small body and "flies" by gliding down high areas. One of them actually gilded right infront of us and gave me a shock. We didn't go into the fruit bats area becuz i'm afraid of bats, they just like to fly so near you.. eee scary =X I think i like the Leopards the most because they were so near to us, like maybe 5cm away? That 5cm is the thickness of the glass lah. They were the most active ones, pacing up and down, maybe even thinking of a way to escape since they looked very bored. There were alot of roaring sounds as we walked through the pathways and indeed i was very frightened by them. I kept asking honey isit the lions had leaped across the waters and escaped cuz i wasn't sure if the roars were real ornot. It was so dark i almost couldn't see my hands if i stretch them out. Frightening huh..
But later i realised the roaring sounds were fake because it sounded the same each time. Chey.. scared me ah..

Goodbye Night Safari!

The PUMA that escaped!

We were quite tired after touring the whole Night Safari. Took a bus back to CCK at 1130pm and went for supper! That explains the weight gaining of me... Kept eating alot when we're together. tsk tsk..
Damn tired now, yesterday didn't slept a wink cuz i had to chiong for my QAAS test. Last minute again =X Gotta go catch some sleep now..
Love,
